-Scheduling randomly changes from 8 hr shifts to 12 hrs. Weekends also become mandatory at random -Nepotism at every level; You will go nowhere unless you are buddy-buddy with a higher up -Complaints to HR and the Union are met with hostility and derision. -If you work hard they take advantage of it; While if you are lazy they overlook it. This results in high burnout and illness for hard workers, which just give up. No medium ground on this issue.
