Pros
Job security is high. Hubbell is starting to close the gap compared to similar size corporations concerning overall communication, use of technology and growth opportunities.
Cons
My division is consistently understaffed in most areas while other divisions seem overstaffed. The smaller office doesn't have growth opportunities without moving. The industry seems to foster a very conservative business mentality. Slow to adopt more progressive working practices, marketing techniques, etc. used elsewhere for years.
