      Worst leadership I have ever worked with

      Pros

      I had a great team. Even after being gone a year there are people that check in with me to see how things are and still talk about how what happened to me was wrong.

      Cons

      I came to Hubbell from a company that was consistently ranked highly in ethical ratings. I was a great fit there but those values did not transfer to Hubbell well. My trust in leadership diminished over the first 6 months and was entirely lost when a new manager came in. She had no management experience, no leadership skills, unprofessional, and within one week had ruined the team dynamics. It was bad enough that no internal person applied for my position after I was gone.

      pay is decent for the work you do

      no fault policy can’t get fmla until 1 year no sick time or pto no bonuses getting off at 4:30 major caterpillar clique the most rude & disrespectful people are leads rules & consequences don’t apply to certain people negative & hostile environment due to lack of discipline getting lunch during rush hour on 30 minute lunch breaks management lies & tells you only what sounds good 30 minute morning meetings about absolutely nothing management is a joke
