Family oriented,Esop and great pay. Corporate is always there for me and very helpful. Everyone is so nice!

Downside would be having to do paperwork.

Pros

Esop Esop Esop! Flexibility. We're brought in as family and treated the same. No matter how long someone's been there. Great benefits and medical benefits. Lots of bonuses and incentives for everyone, not just managers. Did I mention esop?

Cons

Turnover rate. Not enough budget hours to keep up on everything. People are over worked and when over worked they dont function as well. Another con would be staying open 24 hours. Not enough business those hours.
