Pros

The trainers are great! They care about your learning and how you proceed to learn on a 6 week + course. The traveling trainers came back and see you often. Job is pretty easy and flexible.

Cons

Upper management steered people into the wrong direction. They cared more about numbers then they cared about people but would preach that we needed empathy. Pay is low.
