      Pros

      I get asked daily what I love about Hudl or why I stay at Hudl. It is the easiest questions for me to answer. Simply put, it's the people I get to work with everyday. From my directors, managers, and teams I am hiring for to the one off conversations at lunch it is clear to me we value our coworkers and our connections with those coworkers. Anyone I work with is willing to sit with me and answer questions or hear my concerns.

      Cons

      The reality is that we move _fast_ and pivot often. I love it but I know it can be tough for people who come from a workplace with a lot of red tape and decision makers.

      Pros

      Very experienced recruiting organization with a high bar. Will be growing for years to come. Great time to work at Hudl. Hudl is responding to market trends by getting more aggressive in compensation practices. The actual product and customer feedback is so positive due to the passion and talent density of the company. Transparency and two way feedback isn't just a an ideal like at most companies. Company is investing heavily in DE&I as well as career development.

      Cons

      Tech industry moves lightning fast, and we sometimes undo decisions that if made slower would save time. Org structure could be improved.
