      Pros

      If you make it known you are looking for your next challenge to help grow your career, Hudl will be there to offer it. From the growth opportunities provided to the autonomy to tackle them your own way, Hudl fosters a trust based work environment.

      Cons

      After a period of high growth, we found ourselves working through too much process/red tape (at least for our liking). I think were on a path to walk that back and find a balance but there is a ways to go.

      Work is simple if you understand sports and their rules. Work culture is relaxed Its a good place to start your career in sports gives you insight into how a sports technology firm works

      Cons

      Growth prospects are low here The Rotational shift timings take a toll on your health. The night shift timings are treacherous.

However we make sure that we give enough weekly offs/compensatory offs to make sure that the Hudlies are getting enough rest and not get exhausted.
