      1. They give you best training and environment. 2. Team leads are very help full. 3.best Management . 4. MNC Company.

      Cons

      1. Initially, you have to carefully learn about sports; if you don't learn, there is no guarantee of a permanent position. 2.You must work within the given shift timings. 3. The workload is heavy, but once you get used to it, there will be no problem. 4. They have a leveling system based on Coach Rating and working hours. If you do not deliver according to the system, you may get fired at any time. 5. There is no future for this type of job in India.

      The company is focused on the employees. There are amazing benefits and employees have access to numerous ERGs that supports a variety of communities.

      It's a very young workforce and very American centric. There seems to be a measure of jobs-for-buddies.
