I started a little over 6 months ago and have been nothing but impressed by the company from Top to Bottom. They are open and honest in management, they are supportive for work-life balance, they make sure you understand your position before throwing you into the fire of your new job. I could not have imagined a better transition. Pros: Free Insurance Coverage and it's pretty good insurance Unlimited vacation that you are encouraged to use Good work/Life balance Understanding that family comes first Supportive management that really wants you to succeed

I have nothing negative to say about the company as a whole. I look forward to the future

Everyone is striving to be the best version of themselves in and outside of work. The importance of work-life balance is emphasised and encouraged. It might be difficult to get into the company, but for that reason you work with very talented people. I would recommend people join this company in a heartbeat.

Cons

Although the company strives to make the environment more inclusive, I do notice some unconscious biases that people hold

Hudl is very dynamic and provides a safe working environment to its employees. While expectations are high and there are challenges tied to the fast growing environment we live in, enough flexibility is given to employees to balance their professional and personal lives in a very good way.

Cons

We currently experience the slight negative issues of becoming a bigger company: more process heavy than it used to be, decision making takes longer than it did.
