The scale is remarkable, operating globally and powering everything from the pros to college, high school, and club sports. No other sports company compares to our size, scale, and reach—and we’re only going to keep raising the bar in the years ahead.

      Cons

      In the US, most of the team is based in Nebraska at Lincoln HQ. Remote employees in the US will need to work harder to connect in a meaningful way with those onsite. Best advice - meet as many people as possible, show up as your authentic self, take up every opportunity to be in person at Lincoln.
