      Pros

      Hudl is a market leader with solid fundamentals and infrastructure serving a large number of clients and teams, while at the same time seeing the huge benefits and growth in automation and applied machine learning. This makes for a great match of having an established products and data to then have a direct impact on the product using AI/ML.

      With so many opportunities, the biggest opportunities can sometimes be difficult to identify

      Pros

      This company has built a great culture and a great product. All employees are passionate about what they are working on. The company has great balance while also achieving high goals and standards.

      Cons

      Only US offices are in Lincoln and Omaha Nebraska which is a limiting factor when requiring people to be in person.

      Pros

      Straightforward and fair interview process, including opportunities to meet potential teammates. Smooth onboarding with strong support from teammates. Fun, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture with plenty of resources for skill development. Autonomy to contribute while still having a collaborative, supportive team environment. Office perks like daily lunch and snacks. Lots of fun activities and ways to get integrated into the culture.

      Cons

      As with most companies, there is technical debt, and balancing user value with addressing it can be challenging. Hudl has acquired many companies that users love, but integrating them into the core tech stack is still a work in progress. Some projects can be complex and difficult to get up to speed with as a new hire.
