Pros

Flexibility, time off, health insurance, culture, employee events.

Cons

Salary, rough sales org due to quotas being raised 50%+ for some reps with little to no ability to negotiate salary. Very seasonal, so work life balance can vary.

We're glad to hear you're enjoying the flexibility, time off, benefits, and culture. We also want to acknowledge your feedback on compensation and the sales organization. It's a priority for us to take a well-rounded approach to compensation and understand that work-life balance can vary, especially in seasonal roles. That’s a big reason why our flexible work policy is so important. We really appreciate you taking the time to provide your candid feedback.

Pros

It offers a recognized status in the sports industry and exposure to pioneering industry case studies.

Cons

Due to rapid growth through acquisitions, the company has significant operational issues. There's a lack of company morale, and employees who don't meet targets are quickly subjected to layoffs.
