Great job if you are looking for flexibility and want to work 25-30 hours a week for that kind of pay.

Cons

Territory dependent. Will take earn commissions away without cause. Terrible Leadership that one has worked for the company. After i left, they said they would pay me my commission, only received half because of an "audit" - only found out because i reached out Terrible communication. Wants you to sell without inventory Customers are the last priority for leadership Leadership compensated on how you do but you aren't incentived properly. Every manager makes more than every sales person.
