With addition of new functions in our company there are initiatives planned in future to increase the team bonding and engagement among the employees also Hudl is a 24*7 operations business where Hudlies availability is needed in shifts to run smooth business operations. We make sure that we have fixed weekly offs to make sure work life balance is maintained and in case our Hudlies are asked to work on the weekly offs are given compensatory offs to make sure that enough rest is given from work.
