      Pros

      I love Hudl and the culture of Hudl. I enjoy going in to work every day and spending my time in the office with the amazing people surrounding me and the awesome environment that keeps me coming back. The way Hudl treats their employees and show that we are of value to the organization is one thing that fosters my love for the company, there's never a time that I feel like I don't belong or am or no use.

      Cons

      The only con I would have would be that not more awesome Hudlies come into the office more often!

      Pros

      Collaborative environment that encourages employees to speak their mind. Feel supported from management and coworkers around me. Trusted to do your job if you give a full effort. Opportunities for career advancement if you put in the work. Great work/life balance and encourage time off during the slower months. Free lunch at HQ. Frequent opportunities to meet and socialize with different coworkers.

      Cons

      Very competitive so really have to stay the course to move up. Pay isn't the highest when you start but can increase with tenure.
