      Pros

      - Product mix and market strategy - People first mentality - Inclusive culture that is employee fostered and owned - Space and empowerment for creativity - Unique workplace that would be extremely hard to recreate or find anywhere else

      Cons

      - Influencing scalability when necessary which causes a stain on resourcing - Difficult at times to showcase talent as a high performer - Opportunity for advancement is low due to extremely low turnover and light touch performance management, but the pay off is that you get to work with people you enjoy and engage in work that is motivating - Compensation is below market in some roles, but hasn't necessary driven people to leave

      Shift timings are worst continuous work is there yes break are given but work load is high

      Thank you so much for leaving this review! We are thrilled that you find our culture, and Hudlies so amazing! Our nature of business is such where we need to provide a 24/7 service to our customers and hence our Hudlies have to work in shifts. However, we make sure that if our Hudlies work on any of their weekly offs, we provide them with compensatory offs in order to inturrupt the continuous work and ensure that there are enough breaks so that our Hudlies can come back refreshed.
