      Pay isn't great when you start and don't move up fast.

      Pros

      They have great "perks" for everyone that is local.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great. There are a lot of aspects that are too good to be true. They give the speech about how fast they are growing but at the same time tell their employees the Economy has hit them hard and that's why they can't raise pay. Meanwhile they pile on the work load.

      Pros

      I've been at Hudl for over 5 years and have loved every minute of it! I've grown so much professionally since I joined the Hudl family as an intern. Hudl has provided numerous opportunities to travel and work with some of the most talented and hard-working individuals. The culture is unmatched, the benefits are great and the perks are an added plus.

      Cons

      Hudl does like to change the structure of teams and departments. Change is usually good, but at times, it leads to further issues with positions being created only for them to be removed a year later.
