Pros

- Benefits are solid, I've never had an issue where they didn't meet my needs. - Great place to grow as an individual. Came in as a Support Rep, and quickly rose to the role I am in today. - The daily snack and lunch are what keeps me coming to the office every day.

Cons

- Remote work has its perks, but I do feel like there are some aspects to the company you miss out on if you're not physically present in one of the main hubs like Lincoln.

Pros

Great relationships with co-workers Incredible flexibility Great work-life balance required by Leadership

Cons

The Hiring process needs work. It can be a lot of waiting to hear and then feeling like the rug is pulled out from underneath you. "You'll hear at the beginning of next week." - Don't hold your breath for atleast 2/3 weeks
