      Pros

      People are friendly. Pleasant office environment. Have a nurse on site that you could make an appointment to meet for free so you can avoid paying co-pay to the doctors as well as time away from work. Plenty of parking spaces at the headquarters. There is a company store that you can purchase certain tickets (i.e. movie, park) at a discount.

      Cons

      Benefits were good until Hughes was acquired by EchoStar. After the acquisition, benefits got downgraded. Not sure what other changes EchoStar will make in the future. Upper management do show favoritism to people who know how to butter up to them.
