Toxic work culture, excessive client load that continues to increase, no boundaries, bullying, incompetent management, musical chairs of roles, frequent quitting-in all areas of staff, dysfunctional, promotes negative behaviors and communication amongst staff, oversteps, poor training, lack of onboarding, punitive.

Unionized workplace provides relative stability.

Cons

Employees leave in droves - especially from Commuity Support Programs (ARMHS Workers and Case Managers). Therapists only stay a few years on average - mainly because HDC is approved from some student loan forgiveness program that wipes away therapists debt after a couple of years.
