Pros

Great hours! Great pay! Work from home! SUPER easy job! Love talking to the members. They become family.

Cons

Micromanaged. The bosses act like they are the end all be all in the company yet never know what the answer is. If you can overlook, "stupid" bosses, you are in! Just ignore the 360 plus time in single conversation you will be told you will get fired. The managers care ONLY about metric and not keeping you as an employee.
