They pay very well for being an over qualified telemarketer

Cons

The company is not interested in your skills, they just want your title and expect you to be an overpaid telemarketer. No concern for employees. No guidance or desire from management to help you grow withing the company, as promised from day one.So disappointed to have worked there. I would have rather just kept my positive opinion I had of Humana when I was just a regular customer.
