Pros

Generous PTO policy and compensation, general flexibility within IT to work from home or around surprises. Really does try to encourage lifelong well-being within their employees. Some departments are progressive and willing to 'rethink routine'. Solid efforts to hire from within, veterans, etc.

Cons

It takes forever to get anything done, 90% of your day is spent in ineffective meetings with 100 people, and there is a deep mistrust between "business" and "IT", leading to a subsequent reluctance to change or try something new.
