      Pros

      a paycheck deposited every 14 days; however there is not enough money in the world to justify how they treat their associates .

      Cons

      horrible front line management who doesn't anticipate consequences of their actions and then expect their staff to clean up their mess. Disappointment and loss of faith in management of my division caused me to choose to leave the company after four years. I'm embarrassed to say I worked for this organization .

      Pros

      My Frontline leader and manager are approachable. No micro Managing. PTO requests are almost always granted. Layed back environment for the most part. Option to Work from home or in office after training is completed.

      Cons

      Most departments do NOT follow a SOP(Standard Operating Procedure); therefore some people within the same dept. are doing the same job several different ways. At times your direct frontline lead cant answer your inquiries; therefore you may have to educate yourself, wait a while for a response, or try the "trial and error" method.

      I have applied 9 times and only interviewed one time. 2 other nurses who live within 15 miles were hired with the same exact clinical background and nursing degree. There is no one available to give any kind of interview feed back and the rejection process takes longer than 1 month!
