Management expresses genuine interest in your success. It's a great work environment and an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Cons

For me, the location was the biggest challenge. I spent most of my time-off travelling to see family. If I could have this job closer to home, I probably would have stayed forever.

Middle management is self absorbed and upper management is blind to this fact. Favoritism is always chosen over knowledge and skill. Management doesn't care about lower level employees. They outsource to foreign countries to save a dime. They care more about making profit.
