Pros

The pay and insurance day one

Cons

The insurance is horrible.... 2400.00 deductible. Plus they barely cover anything. The hours are loooonnng. They mandate overtime.... Sometimes the entire month. They offer PTO but you never use it. No sick time. If you are sick you better be here or you will loose your job. Right hand definitely doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Poor management there is no way that you can get a day off without being hospitalized. Seriously. The opportunity for advancement is slim.... To be honest you have to know somebody.

Pros

Flexible hours for salary employees Tuition reimbursement On site gym On site credit union & ATM Large outdoor seating space

Cons

Salary- a joke. A promotion MIGHT get you 8% but you will never again see anything more than 3-4% There is obvious favoritism. People who are rude but kiss up to management are rewarded regardless of their work quality. You cannot have an opinion or ask questions. If you do, you will receive a stern talking to, job will be threatened and you will then be a target. Don't take FMLA- the time off will be used against you Yearly surveys - you'll take it & give feedback about management but it's the YOUR job to fix the issue and they take no responsibility in the process because the employees are the problem, not management. If you leave, you will be the scape goat and have little chance of ever being rehired. You will also have previous business partners tell you when you interact with them at a new job that you were portrayed as incompetent and lacking professionally.
