They are not flexible at all for families and giving time off for illness, emergencies, etc. when my elderly parents had to relocate recently, I asked for a leave of absence to assist and was denied!!! the only thing they see is the business need with such tunnel vision, that any personal circumstances are ignored. Avoid this employer at all costs unless you are single, and have no other life!!!

Slow moving for change to occur but not that atypical of other large insurance companies within the industry.
