      They are always hiring but the pay sucks fast turn over of staff

      Cons

      The Guidance Centers managers are poor management-back stabbing cut throat liars that have terrible values and morals.They tell you they are supporting you but they dont they destroy you. Upper management has no life and it is reflected in their work. If they decided they dont like you they will conive and make up anything to get you fired, Dont even think of calling HR4U its a joke-dont even apply to this company its all smoke and mirrors.

      Work at Home program growing Good Salary If you luck into a good management, life is much easier Nice, not great, well being initiatives/benefits. Good work/life balance

      Politics are heavy High deductible health plans -90/10 coverage If you land in bad managment, your stay will be short. Not all associates are held accountable You may be forced to work at home
