Pros
High employee engagement and mobility, ability to work across functional areas, very competitive pay, chance to make a real difference in people's lives, very strong/visionary senior leadership team charting the course.
Cons
Large company with multiple silos and technology platforms that make it difficult to get the "big picture." Too much focus on maintaining relationships seems to entrench the status quo, rather than innovating to drive results. Like any other large corporation, most managers/leaders are in back-to-back-to-back meetings.
