Middle management is allowed to openly disrespect their employees, it is okay for managers and supervisors to sit in meetings and openly discuss inappropriate topics at work, go out to bars and belittle their employees in front of other employees and upper management ignores it all. Managers are allowed to openly publish threats on FB like mess with me and I will open a whole lot of ?!?!? on you and your family. This reflects extremely poor on a corporation overall.
