Pros

Work at home, high deductible health insurance with low monthly premium. History of flexible scheduling. History as great employer can be easily returned to.

Cons

Recent significant change in program resulted in mandatory overtime and must work 4 hours without pay, micromanagement and absence of compassion for anything but company profits. Current actions are antithesis of company history of a great place to work. Pending sale to Aetna creates cloudy future.

.Good salary and good benefits. Lots of PTO available.

Cons

When I started about 18 months ago it was fine, low stress and good boss. Fast forward to now and Aetna is buying them out and everything has changed. Now it's all about productivity, they want you to be stuck to the phones all day. Even when you bust your butt calling and you can't reach their daily productivity, it doesn't matter because they expect more and more and more. They have about 15 different measures and if you don't meet one you're not doing well. No support from upper management. They promise room to grow, but realistically, it's not there.

Generous PTO time and no problems getting time off when requested. Ability to work from home and flexibility with your schedule

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, management focused on getting your numbers and less on quality. Unsure if I will have a job after the Aetna merger. Opportunities to change careers or advance are limited
