Several time off phones meetings

Insurance was odd System would pretend to put you on Inbound then immediately turn back to Outbound. Interviewers said it was Inbound but that was not true. They have a process where you have to rank for fully Inbound every year!! Also, supervisors while nice on the surface may not really be supportive and instead blameful. Accountability is based on favoritism. The ancillary products you call about are not ideal. Confusing. The system is weird and sometimes frustrating.

Pros

The pros were the small salary plus commission, 401K, health benefits and training.

Cons

The cons were the lack of sales support from a company that spends millions on advertising to seniors on Medicare and then not sharing those leads with the field sales force. Only the call center gets to sell to those that called in. Local Humana agents used to get leads and handle calls from prospective Medicare eligible people from the advertisements but they took them away and left us on our own to find people to talk to. Forced the jab on it's employees or else lose your job.
