Pros
The salary is fair for the positions. Coworkers are nice.
Cons
favoritism is still rampant after all the work done after letting our prior CEO go. attempts were made to change the way the business was run, but they still have a long way to go. People who are not qualified are in high positions and don’t do anything and those underneath are the ones who work hard and get no credit. this organization has a lot of programs, but they are not given the resources to make meaningful changes for animals. Some departments hardly do anything, and the people working in them make a lot of money, while other departments work extremely hard and don’t make as much.
