Ownership & CEO in lock step on the vision for the company. Great pedigree in the restaurant management solution space. Very strong C-suite of both legacy and new professionals. Top notch sales organization from ELT down to Director level. Company is in significant growth mode. Solutions are considered among the best in the industry and that is well known.

Cons

Working out kinks from legacy business applications used to run the business by updating existing ones or replacing them all together.

Pros

The staff and almost all of the management team (sans my direct report) were a delight to work alongside.

Cons

My direct report never came to me directly with her personal dissatisfaction with me. It was very apparent, and I asked her how we could improve our working relationship as her passive aggression towards me was palpable. She assured me that we were fine whilst actively looking for my replacement. Despite meeting all my targets and constantly working overtime. She pushed me out without cause; I was told that it was her unilateral decision. I was floored by the dispensability and disrespect that was afforded to me.
