Solid base - however commission structure is awful.

Cons

They claim the OTE is 140k but only a few reps make over 100k. The product that is demod to clients is not what is actually installed in the restaurant POS. System is incredibly overpriced compared to competitors yet does the exact same functions. Restaurants who go with HungerRush have not done enough research on other systems.

- Rapid advancement through Tier System. - Quick pay increases. - Exposure to a wide range of IT related issues. - Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, PTO)

Cons

- Lots of non-technical related job duties. - Advancement ceiling hit fairly quickly, often within the first year. - Software is buggy, which upsets customers and falls on those who answer the phones. - PTO is accrued per pay period and must be spent by the end of the year.
