Pros

The company personnel were mostly all helpful. I loved working with most people.

Cons

They deducted 10 % of your pay because COVID hurt profits , but then they ended up making more than ever. They did not compensate us for that lost pay even though they were killing it in sales. Escalations had some nice people until they made where you could only call one person from them. The guy I got was the rudest most obnoxious person I’ve ever dealt with. I hated going to work because of him and they wouldn’t switch us.

Pros

HungerRush is evolving based on the company cultures that were previously established at the companies they've acquired. The acquisitions have also lead to a host of new, fresh, innovative talent.

Cons

The various departments seem disconnected and don't embrae cross functional collaboration. It's every department for themselves. You can tell that some have been getting by with doing the bare minimum, if that. While others are simply making it because they are charismatic. HungerRush often moves forward with construction without ensuring that the foundations has been set or promises the moon before any QC check has been done of the rocket. Compensation and benefits could be much better in comparison to others and just based on the overall cost of living.
