Fellow employees are great. Interesting job. Get to travel sometimes, which is nice.

Cons

Don't pay enough. Don't pay overtime. You get screwed out of bonuses all the time. And if you don't work in the central office in Houston, you don't matter to management. They used to be really good to work for, but after getting bought out and rebranding, they really went downhill.
