A lot of changes recently, but headed in a good direction

Pros

We are completely remote, but still try to have company meet ups with coworkers located in the same city. New management changes have shown opportunities to learn and grow within the company. Communication between upper level management and even C-Suites has improved. There's a lot of really positive and upwards momentum in the company right now.

Cons

Although there has been a lot of changes and it's shown to be good, there is something to be said about all of the changes the company has seen in the last 4 years let alone the last 2 years. The thought with many in the company is fear of more changes.

The management is a joke. All girls of young age, and this company definitely puts DEI ahead of everything else. If you're over 30 and not a minority, RUN. The girls who manage are just not experienced, and have no clue what they are doing. The product is subpar as well. I'd call this place a WOKE JOKE
