We make every effort to ensure visibility and alignment across the company through our annual Strategic Plan Expo. During this employee event, both the 2026 Strategic Plan and 2030 Vision were shared and discussed company-wide. If you are referring to career development, the company offers many opportunities to build your skills through our in-house Learning Management System, instructor-led leadership development courses, and outside industry-specific conferences/seminars. You are also correct, we've been very fortunate to have so many employees enjoy long tenured careers at Hunter, and a few of them have recently chosen to retire.
