Pros

Encourage continuing education. Leaders support those that report to them. The company offers many benefits including profit sharing and parental leave for a new baby both mothers and fathers. The company has numerous employee appreciation evens throughout the year. The work environment is healthy and communication is always open. This is truly and amazing company to work for.

Cons

No a fan of the food vendor in the break room lol. I know it seems like a small thing but honestly the only thing i can think of that could use improvement.

is there a word limit? out of touch owners, tyrannical managers, HR who tows the company line to screw over long time employees and their families, sub par pay, insanely cut throat and political environment, etc etc etc.
