We also agree that since COVID, several business practices and policies have been tweaked or created to allow more flexibility to meet employee's needs. From a turnover perspective, Hunter enjoys very low turnover. We make a point to ensure we're hiring the right talent for the right roles, and because of that, our employees tend to stay. We strive to ensure all employees feel respected and take measures to collect employee feedback regularly and anonymously. Our engagement survey results show that the vast majority do not share your point of view, but we're not happy if even one employee feels this way. Safety is also a top priority for Hunter. We have safety individuals who focus on safety measures across our multiple locations.
