      Competitive pay, great benefits, profit sharing. lots of change and growth in I.T.

      Cons

      Lots of change and growth in I.T. means things can be a bit chaotic at times. You need to be able to adjust and roll with the punches. (To some this is a plus, you wont be bored)

      Very Competitive Pay, Great Benefits, Impressive Profit Sharing Plan, Growing Company, Opportunities for Advancement, Recognition and Appreciation. A traditional company with leadership that is willing to listen and change with the times.

      Cons

      Not a con - Working on a more casual dress code and flexible work arrangement policy.
