Pros

Facility is nice with a cafe, work out facility, clean environment. Hunter is a stable environment with 8-5 punch the clock like balance. The new, younger leadership.

Cons

Pay & vacation aren't competitive any most depts., not even "average", including engineering. Lack of investment for conferences or training - expect the "here is book learn it yourself method." Hunters not a bad place its just an average place, where average is ok and anything above that is not rewarded. So if your good (or excellent) in technology..move on...this company hasn't figured it out yet.

Hunter has a family atmosphere with many employee perks: on-site gym, health and wellness activities, fitness classes, GREAT benefits, and a lot of opportunities for growth.

Cons

No cons that I can think of.
