7yThank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. Our goal is for every employee to feel valued for his or her contribution. We provide multiple communication channels for any team member to let us know if we’ve fallen short. For every person in an assembly plant to be able to do his or her job, the employees on either side of them have to be there to do theirs. For this reason, we have an attendance policy; and we believe the fairest policies are ones that are completely objective and transparent.
We also want to provide advancement opportunities for employees who excel, in fact, the vast majority of our promotions come from within. All of our lead and senior team members and quite a few of our managers started with us in entry-level positions.
