Everyone focuses on a common interest of getting the job done, quality, and above all doing the right thing. Colaboration to overcome problems and present new ideas is available and heathy. The Hunter family is amazing and they have always treated me like I am family.

Cons

Because I am empowered, sometimes I tend to work to much. This is moslty my fault, but I dont want to let my colleagues down.
