Cafeteria menu is below average Facilities looks very clean and nice. Nice behavior at production floor level Salaries right above market average

Cons

Supervisor and Manager are not focus to develop resources Double moral and lack of real ethics values including HR with a few exceptions. The best resources does not have chance to grow to higher positions. Supervisors with short vision and lack of real leadership includes some managers

Pros

Everyone has a sense of pride and respect for each other here. Fantastic unity and focus on growing with the company and creating opportunities. Fantastic culture where management promotes an atmosphere and environment for team members to thrive.

Cons

It's difficult to find an opportunity here as not many leave and many want to join. I only wish I had started my career here instead of the one that claims "the grass is greener".
