Pros

Pockets of fresh air on a department-by-department basis, (though highly dependent on who the manager is at any given moment)

Cons

When HR has a workshop which they proclaim is a "safe space", be careful. The pay is very low compared what you can get elsewhere. The compoany self-promotes as a big "Family"... but my experience is a somewhat dysfunctional family with my tenure affected by "favorites", "guilt trips", and such... more than other employers in my long career

Pros

Good benefits, and opportunities for growth

Cons

Overworked, will require to work weekends. Sometimes will work 12 days in a row. Company pays a lot less than their competitors for the same positions.
