      Pros

      Working with the people and clients. The clients are generally very happy when they get someone who can actually help them through a problem and someone who is able to do their job to the best of their ability. The people that I work with are also quirky but generally good people.

      Cons

      You aren't treated like you matter, even if your job is allowing for others to succeed with their scorecards and bottom lines. You also must work with many ignorant people, but I guess that comes with the territory of working a only slightly higher than minimum wage job in college.

      Pros

      The reputation in the community, the care the associates have for the customers, the stability over time. Huntington has been in business since 1866 and still operates under the same name. Huntington associates care about each other and genuinely care about the customers. Huntington associates are very involved in the communities in which we serve, and we are well known for this reputation as a giving organization. We pride ourselves on our community involvement and our name.

      Cons

      The size - we are an attractive target for another bank.
