Pros

There are no pros, this is a horrible company.

Cons

They are incredibly cheap when it comes to salary and benefits. Now, they have mandatory 4 days in the office and the office spaces are terrible. Not to mention the people in marketing are highly unprofessional and a pain to work with.

Pros

Company is willing to innovate and try new things. The bank wants to grow exceedingly quickly, but the growing pains of getting there are terrible.

Cons

Senior leadership is truly Orwellian. Regarding pay: promises (in writing) paid, promises not kept! Banker turnover is exceptionally high - all of the warning signs are there - job seeker beware! Extremely tight credit culture - good luck hitting your sky-high goals if you can't get deals approved. This is an employer of last resort. Lastly, if you care about this sort of thing, the lack of diversity is stunning.
