      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Very poor Human Resources availability, problems difficult to address or be resolved. Abusive behavior by customers is a huge problem that the company does not address, customers are more highly valued than the employee attempting to assist them. Time restraints to handle complex calls are insufficient, leaving the employee being "punished" for doing a good job in making sure the customers problems are resolved. No consideration is given to the issue needing addressed, all incoming call to customer Service in general are given the same amount of time, this affects greatly the employee's opportunity to meets goals and receive related incentives. Corporate agenda is more focused on being "exclusive" to all while leaving other classes of people and customers feeling insulted and unserviced.

      Pros

      There is really no pros to working in this department. It is run by a select few and if you don't follow their way, then you will be stuck, micromanaged and treated horribly.

      Cons

      extreme micro management, no culture, you are treated like a number, you are not encouraged to grow instead your job is to solely produce number of alerts. The managers don't care about you and even if you do produce the numbers they are looking for, if they don't like you then you will always be watched and never move up

      Cool pens. Intern program. PTO. A lot of good people. Flu shots.

      Cons

      Management can’t make a decision to save their life. Must jump through hoops to get anything approved or get a consultant. Anniversary milestones are acknowledged, then two weeks later you are Rif’d. Finance leadership is a joke, completely phony. Steinour talks down to you. Inflate the forecast with unrealistic numbers, then wonders why you can’t hit said numbers, despite knowledgeable experts saying this is unrealistic. Steinour likes to pander, so conservatives shouldn’t bother applying.
